Orders and Shipping

Yes, you can cancel your order once it has been submitted but before it has been shipped. Once a label has been created, we cannot cancel your order. You can email info@millenniumshoes.com with your order number for any cancellation requests.

Yes, we can make changes to your order provided we have the size you want in stock. No changes will be made to the order once the label has been generated. You can email info@millenniumshoes.com with the changes as required and they will confirm if the change can go through. If your requested size is not in stock, you have the option to cancel the order before it has been shipped. 

All prices are final. We do not offer price adjustments.

Yes. You can only order 7 items in a single order. Any order with more than 7 items will automatically be cancelled.

We reserve the right to limit, decline, or reject any orders for any reason, including but not limited to the product being out-of-stock; your address, billing info, or payment info could not be verified; your order was flagged by our security system; we suspect there is an intent to resell.

We enforce strict purchase quantity limits per customer during sneaker launches. These limits are set to ensure that a broad range of customers have the opportunity to purchase our limited-edition sneakers. 

Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. If you have an account with Millenniumshoes.com, you can check your order's status by logging into 'My Account' and clicking on 'My Order History.' If you do not have an account, please check your Shipment Confirmation email for a link to track your order. 

We know you want your new merchandise fast, so we strive to process every order the minute we receive it. It takes us 24-48 hours to process your order and an additional 4-5 business days for delivery. Please note we fulfil orders from Monday to Friday and are closed on the weekend. All orders received on Friday will start shipping the following Monday.

The first thing you should do is take pictures to document the condition of the package when it arrived. Keep all enclosed packing slips and return labels. 

You have up to 30 days from the date the carrier marked your package “delivered” to contact us to start an investigation. Your carrier may also start an investigation on your behalf. Please respond promptly to emails from us and your carrier to help resolve all issues quickly as possible.

Instore Pick-up

Usually pickup orders are ready the next day. Orders placed Friday to Sunday would be ready on Monday. You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup. We may take longer during busy seasons due to high demand.

Yes, the customer who placed the order must pick up the order with a valid ID and Order Number.
