All orders are shipped via USPS and UPS. Rates are established by Millennium Shoes based on the carrier average rate.
Please note orders take approximately 1-3 business days to process before shipping. (Expedited, Standard and Standard Free) Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday.
Tracking an Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order has been processed and shipped. This email will contain a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your order online.
We currently give customers the option for Standard Free ground shipping for orders $150 and over. During checkout, please select “Standard Free”. This option will only appear when you have an amount of $150 or more in your cart during the checkout process.
Currently, we only ship to the contiguous United States.
We don't ship internationally
When placing an order, if the shipping address entered is incorrect or mistaken, we are not liable for any wrong shipped or missing items.
If the tracking number of your order shows a "delivered" status but the item is missing, we will raise a claim with the shipping service company to address the situation. However, if they confirm delivery of the product we are not longer liable.
