Shipping Policy

Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx. Rates are set by Millennium Shoes based on average carrier rates.

Order Processing
Orders take approximately 1–3 business days to process before shipping (applies to Expedited, Standard, and Standard Free options). Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped, including a tracking number you can use to follow your order's status online. You can also check order status anytime through our Customer Portal.

Free Shipping
Standard Free ground shipping is available on orders of $150 or more. Select "Standard Free" at checkout — this option will only appear once your cart total reaches $150.

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship only to the contiguous United States.

International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Updates, Returns & Claims
For order tracking, returns, or filing a claim, visit our Customer Portal.

Important

• We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
• If tracking shows a package as "delivered" but the item wasn't received, we will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Once the carrier confirms delivery, we are no longer liable.
