Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with original tags still attached. If the item or the packaging are damaged, the refund or exchange won't proceed.
Some items are exempt from being returned. Intimates, underclothing and sale items cannot be refunded.
All returns must be authorized. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number before shipping out your return. If approved, you will get a form that has to be filled and sent along with the item.
All shipping charges for returns/exchanges are to be covered by the customer, except if the client received the wrong item or damaged.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. (it varies depending on the bank)
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item email email@example.com including proof of the damage.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless there is an exception). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
www.milleniumshoes.com is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit; we highly recommend you to use a carrier with a trackable shipping service.
